    Hardware and Software Support: Helpdesk professionals assist with hardware and software installations, updates, and troubleshooting. They ensure that all technology components are working effectively.

    Onsite support Team

    Technical Assistance: The Onsite Support Team is responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues faced by clients on their premises. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software problems and providing effective solutions.

    Hardware Installation and Maintenance: The team installs, configures, and maintains hardware components, such as servers, workstations, networking equipment, printers, and peripherals, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

    Software Support: Onsite support professionals assist with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting, ensuring that software applications run smoothly and are properly configured.

    Networking Support: They are responsible for setting up and managing local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and internet connectivity at client locations. This includes addressing networking issues and ensuring network security.

    Security and Data Protection: Onsite support includes implementing security measures to protect client data and IT infrastructure, including setting up firewalls, antivirus software, and backup solutions.
